I guess they don't have a GOCRA there.

Anything can be proposed. Minnesota lawmakers recently proposed legislation that would ban every semi-automatic rifle from the state.
Whether MN, or CO; some stuff just won't stick to the wall, no matter who's throwing it.

I never trust any Demoncrat whether in St. Paul or Washington, then we have Republicans saying they would compromise on Anti-Gun legislation?

What don't these idiots understand about "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"?

Scalia said reasonable infringement is permissible.

Now Scalia has made an ambiguous statement. . .Another 200 years, or so, of figuring out what "reasonable" means. Look at how the original wording of the 2nd amendment gets beat around.

Same thing with the 1st, 4th and 10 amendments. They have been shredding them using and redefining the original intent.

It's not the LAWS you necessarily have to worry about, it's how the laws are regulated.

Where did Scalia say that?

It's interesting how Scalia's comments can be so wildly taken out of context. It took some searching but I found the interview from July 30 2012, they discuss the Second Amendment 7 minutes into the video. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/29/scalia-opens-door-for-gun-control-legislation/
