SF 878 passes both Houses.

The Senate version of SF 878 contains the Senate language. The House version contains the House language.
After some procedural dance steps both will be sent to a Conference Committee for harmonization into a single bill.
That bill (called the Conference Report) goes back to the Senate, then the House for an up/down vote. No amendments.

It ain't over yet but gun owners are in good condition.
