I'm sure it will. It's certainly not like consumers have the ability to get in a car, drive 10 miles to a sporting goods store outside the city limits, and purchase their ammunition there.

Deter criminals from buying guns with a $25 tax wtf is wrong with these people? I didnt know legal gun owners Not reporting lost or stolen firearms was a big problem? Id like to see the stats on recovered firearms used in crimes that were unreported lost or stolen. I bet those is numbers are huge. F $#@*ng idiots. So the police knowing the exact number of stolen and or lost guns will help them? Not like theyre going to go search for them.
