Exactly how could an "executive order" overturn the law? As I understand it, executive orders apply to the internal policies of the various agencies that are part of the executive branch of government. Occasionally you get crap like the BATFE deciding to "redefine" what constitutes armor-piercing ammunition, but banning guns altogether sounds like a huge stretch.

I call bull***t, and this kind of rumor mongering doesn't help gun owners.
