Petition to Block Assault Weapons Ban

Postby ranger on Sat Jan 02, 2016 7:23 pm

Obama wants to use his pen again. There is a 2015/2016 ban proposed and we should show our view against it. Please sign it as the total number against will show our strong support. Go to petitions.whitehouse.gov and look for, view petitions, then you will see the specific petition for assault weapons ban 2015/2016. It is quick and easy. Signatures = we are pissed!

Signed. I always question how affective petitions are, but it's better than doing nothing.

Did you confirm your signature on the email response? Mine was posted right away after it did that.
Edit: LOL, I see you already answered my question.

They have been known to do this! Freeze petition signings for a couple of days when they start to gain momentum.

Seems to be working fine now. Several new signatures were added yesterday and some more today.
