He can do those things. Doesn't mean that he will do them. Trump has expressed strong 2nd amendment support but I'm not aware that he has never said anything that suggest that any of these things are on his legislative agenda. There's a difference between protecting the public from silly Federal gun control issues, and expanding the current firearms landscape. The issue of state's rights comes into play too. Eliminating the NFA doesn't mean that individual states have to allow suppressors, SBRs, or machine guns. Constitutional carry might be some kind of legislative initiative, but you can bet it will end up being a Supreme Court test case. So, depending on Trumps SCOTUS nominee, that might become a reality, but that's a long, long way off.
