Status of Peruta?

Last I heard an en-banc panel of the 9th Circus had ruled against Peruta in Peruta v. San Diego County

Anyone know the current status of the case?

Have they appealed to SCOTUS?

Has their time limit for appealing to SCOTUS expired?

As it stands currently, there is NO right to carry a firearm in the 9th district states. I have no doubt that this will be appealed to the SC, although I don't know if it has or not. Hopefully Roberts won't take it until a new justice is seated.
