Took 8 minutes - HF238 (Stand your Ground) passed on a 9-6 vote. It next moves to the Rules Committee before being voted onto the House Floor, where it should pass...

Thanks,

What does Law Enforcement say about this?

Are they going to support it or are they going to instruct Goofy to veto it?

Chiefs and MPPOA testified against it.

Dayton has said he's opposed.

If Goofy is opposed, wil it be left as a stand-alone bill or will it be folded into an omnibus bill and force his hand?
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote.

It's staying as a standalone bill.
