Ultimately, it may help us. The more states that go to CC, the less valid the arguments against it will become.

I don't want to be overly pessimistic, but I think Iowa has a much more "sensible" population and is less prone to Governor veto since they appear to have leadership who will recognize the will of the people instead of promoting petty political agendas and denying the facts so they can pander to special interest groups.

We will need a ton of leverage or a change in Governors to get what we all agree is a no brainer. Tough nut...............

Recently Iowa was looking at MN as an example of how to push gun rights. They failed the first time through with suppressors and got them the next year. You win some, you lose some but as long as we keep pushing forward we will be OK.

Still no SBR's in Iowa.

You know, I'm getting kind of tired of having to update my map, over and over. I updated it just a couple of weeks ago, for ND, and here we are, again ...

Not sure what you mean by "Passed", but according to your link, the Bill cleared the Senate and is being sent back to the house.

If the House clears it then off to the Governor.

That is a far cry from, "Passed".

The house has passed - it's headed to the Governor.

That is good news, but it is still not "passed".

Well technically does that not mean it has "passed" it has not been approved into law or vetoed but by the truest definition that verbage would be correct would it not?

I was just digging a bit on this, looks like they may be changing the laws allowing SBRs and full auto. Nice job Iowa.

Congrats to Iowa! I agree - this actually helps us.
