He is who he is. BTW he would be happy to drop the Russia crap but there are a whole lot of people who are not going to give him a moment of peace and want him to wear down and quit. The din of outrage and disgust is so loud that I question whether the opposition will ever settle down and accept that they lost and DT is the President, period.

I don't think there are any adults available to stabilize that relationship.

I fear an assassination attempt. I hope it doesn't happen but there is so much angst and irrationality that I wonder how this will work long term.

Open letter to the opposition :
Even if you don't necessarily agree with him,I would urge you to at least calm down and moderate the rhetoric.

The best thing any of us can do is turn off the TV.

While Trump doesn't do himself any favors, at least he has a spine and fights back.

Don't fool yourself. Any Republican president would be facing the same ******* storm from the democrats and their propaganda wing in the media.
I will never apologize for being an American.

The media is an expert illusionist, you must always pay attention to the other hand.

I agree and most would revert to Political Speak and start to back pedal. I believe that what angers the forces lined up against him is his seeming lack of attention to the pressures that are usually represented by news coverage and "polls". Frankly, I don't think he really gives a SH!T what anyone thinks and as long as he believes he is doing something that helps out the voters who voted for him, in essence he stays true to his campaign message, he isn't worried about a media that has already proven they hate him. Why spend time trying to get the people who hate you to love you - the only thing that happens in that situation is you compromise your principles and you become someone you are not. The political chameleon that the true Conservatives hate. To thine own self be true.

I don't think he will change and it will come down to whether the Liberals can dig up something or spin something into enough of a story to drive impeachment hearings to push him out of office. They have already tried to make several seemingly small issues stick, with little success.

I hope the special investigator also looks deeply into the Russia/Clinton escapades as well.

I avoid national news from traditional sources whenever possible. HRC's election antics and the opposition's constant temper tantrums against Trump are so over the top that no one even pretends to be unbiased any more.

In my opinion, Trump is on the right track. If you avoid mainstream news sources and look at verifiable facts, and he's doing a fairly decent job. I think there are things that could be done better, but we are much better off than if he had lost the election.

Scott Adams has been providing some good commentary on Trump's tactics, and I believe it is time well spent to watch his videos.

For the first time in my taxpayer life (very long time), I finally have representation. The president not giving money to the international global warming hucksters is a huge win. Telling NATO they have to actually pay their portion of the treaty instead of us carrying them is a huge win. Wiping out many of Obama's executive actions that wasted more of my tax money is a huge win. Getting rid of Obamacare is a potentially huge win. Rolling back the radical leftist's agendas in the first 6 months is nothing short of amazing.

All of that nonsense is wealth re distribution and "taxation without representation". So far, Trump is doing a better job than any president I can remember. Trump is the socially liberal, fiscal conservative that the majority always wanted. Now we've got it, let's don't **** it up by falling for the leftist power hungry socialist agendas and their astroturf propaganda. Trump is the most gay friendly POTUS ever, and the most liberal Republican POTUS ever.

I don't give a care in the world what he tweets or how bad of a public speaker he is...I care about results and so far, he's getting them.

+1. I'm totally happy with Trump's position on what this country needs to fix.

Trump has discovered that the President can't just issue orders from the executive's chair and bang it's done. We'll have to see what he does about it. I would be satisfied just with Trump appointing pro-gun SC justices and continuing to basically give the finger to his critics. Speaking of which, if I were Trump I would make a weekly habit of giving a presidential pardon to someone guaranteed to outrage the left.

It's the losing democrats pushing all this crap. Sore losers as I have never seen before. If congress would do there job and pass laws like they are supposed to, the president can move on to being president. The whole system is screwed up. Want to save money, get rid of congress and the senate. Let the president design a law and let the governors vote it up or down!
