your reward is knowing that you are somewhat prepared for the upcoming "troubles". The real value would be if those mags came already loaded with the ammo. I agree, there appears to be no real discount.

What does 25,000 rounds look like when they drop it off. I'm imagining like a good size copier paper box. The mags would be bulky.

I was going to say that those looked like the barrels in your shop, but I held off just in case you wanted to keep them on the "down low". I'll help load those "P*ssy Pink" ammo cans, but I'm not carrying them after they're loaded.

You'll be kidding yourselves if you think they will let you keep what you already have for very long. Sure it can be "grandfathered" in, but give it ten years and a mandatory turn in bill labeled as a "buy back" will get passed. If NY and CT are any indicator, very very few people will register anything, essentially giving the gov the middle finger.
