Walz has betrayed us. He shifted in order to win the endorsement and primary - but there's no going back for him.

No gun owner should support Walz.

Expect us to endorse Johnson.

His position on "guns right" (sic) is essentially that since we regulate air and water (as they can kill us) we should regulate guns as well. He states that "people kill people not guns" is "archaic." I sent him an email at 7 pm last night saying that since his political "career" would be over in an hour (when the polls close) he should keep his day job, if he has one.

I wanted Murphy on the ballot. Easiest to beat.

Me too. That's why I voted Democrat.

I sense at least a moderate ground swell of support for Dems and in a traditionally Dem state like MN that is bad for us. I thought that Murphy posed a great danger to our cause. I frankly think electing a Rep gov will not be easy this year, unfortunately.

Don't despair yet! No doubt the loony left is motivated right now but it is a long time till November. Maybe when Ellison gets taken down it will demoralize them some :D

In my township we had 34 voters show up (I was an election judge and was there for most of them!). In looking at the results we had 27 who voted on the Republican side of the ballet. Hopefully the rural voters will show up this fall like they did in 2016.

I didn’t primary as I was traveling. I’ll show up in November and won’t be voting for any D’s.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/bernie-sanders-socialism-moves-to-democratic-mainstream/ar-BBM2V58?li=BBnbcA1&ocid=DELLDHP

Bernie Sanders and democratic socialism increasingly looks to be winning over the Democratic Party, raising concerns among some Democrats about whether it could hurt the party in this year's midterms, and the presidential race of 2020.

The biggest Democratic star of the summer is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who, like Sanders, is a Democratic Socialist.

Prospective Democratic candidates in the 2020 presidential election are flocking to the Sanders "Medicare for all" bill, which would institute a single-payer healthcare system across the country.

And a new Gallup poll this week found that 57 percent of Democrats view socialism favorably, compared to 47 percent who view capitalism positively.

Most people seem to have no idea what socialism is besides all the free stuff they are promised. They need to see they will not get the free stuff just mountains of dead and starving people.
