Plotters are planners. This is not something that’s difficult to plan for. If the state enacts this then people who are up to no good will plan accordingly.

It's an entirely separate type of court order - and the police can enter your home to execute it.

I would be interested to hear a lawyer espouse on this more. So if their is no warrant issued by a judge and their is no active crime going on in the home how does that work? If they collect evidence of another crime the discover would that be admissible? It was obtained without a warrant.

Just curious on all the ways the monarchy is allowed to infringe on our freedom.
