$175K seems like a lot, but I think their expenses are a bit higher. Home in MN, apartment in DC, etc.

Maybe the 6 week session with just a little pay is a better idea (as mentioned before)

They get a rent stipend and we pay for their travel :/

It wasn't that long ago the MN legislate met part time, every other year.
