NRA Board election

Postby PhilaBOR on Thu Jan 23, 2020 11:10 am

I did a search and didn’t find this topic.
I got my ballot in the mail, and would like to vote for board candidates that aren’t Wayne toadies. Does anyone know who those candidates might be? If any? I know it’s a long shot that the board could overthrow King LaPierre, but voting and not contributing are the two things I can do to help.

I haven't seen my ballot arrive yet, but if the past few years are any indication, there are no candidates that aren't WLP toadies, nor will there ever be, and I have a (significantly) better chance of having to fight off Kate Upton's advances to remain true to my wife than the membership does of getting rid of WLP.

NRA Board election

A strong functioning NRA would be a positive force in the battle for gun rights. Yes, I know thy do a lot of BS, but net we are better off with them. Unfortunately, New York AG May take them down. OTOH, maybe a better organization will rise from the ashes or
grow into the vacuum.

How will the NY AG take down the NRA in total?
