Yes. At the very least, he isn't worried about the economy because people who are on some sort of Government program will vote for big government .

It has crossed into criminal. It is hard to see a path where he will be prosecuted for this but it is what it is.

To defete Trump?
To defeat enough Republicans in the Senate and hope for massive state bailouts?
To defeat MN state Senate Republicans to push through massive tax & spending increases?

Waltz and his cronies have to know the budget shortfall freight train bearing down on them. And not everyone, in districts he and his party need to win, are happy about any of this.

My money is still on gross incompetence.

I do not point that to "you" specifically. I mean that in a general sense of their attitude toward such a comment.

Basically, they have ruined our economy and are continuing to do so to the point that to survive people will have to decide whether they can live through the pain involved to rebuild it or throw in the towel and let the new socialist state take over.
