The laptop is a Sony Vaio, 17" with wifi built in. The backlight on the screen started giving me problems occasionally, it still works but when the backlight turns off the screen is much dimmer than normal. I've had it about 5 years and replaced the hard disk last year. It's going to take me a day to wipe my data off and rebuild it up clean for you but it'll be available Saturday 8-28.
