FS Safariland ZeroG II Vest

Postby Morbius on Tue Oct 12, 2010 2:44 pm

My old vest (approx 8 years old) Level 2 with the soft trauma/rifle plate and 2 carriers (velcro is and always was poor), this is the "silver" line and it is expired. Its just taking up space for me, use it for penetration tests, Halloween, a just in case for range sessions with less then safety conscious friends :) ??

34 Short Obviously worn but never "used": thank god.

Actually, an expired vest is not a bad thing to have around. I am personally a fan of having a reliable backstop when loading and unloading my carry weapons. I don't have a sand-filled barrel like we used in the Corps, so, for me, a vest can be useful without being worn.
It turns out that what you have is less important than what you do with it.
