WTB short or poor condition 12g Winchester Model 12 Barrel

I have a 12 gauge Model 12 that's been used for pheasant hunting for years but it has recently occured to me I should also use it for home defense. Thing is, there's no way I can cut the original barrel. I'm wondering if anyone out there already has a short (18") Model 12 barrel they have no use for or a standard Model 12 barrel in rough shape they wouldn't mind "sacrificing".

To the inevitable posts about abusing the classic Model 12, all I can say is:
Yeah, you're right. That's why I won't do it to my barrel (or anyone else's in good or even average condition). I want to do it to somebody else's, and I'll still feel dirty doing it.

Hoping to keep the cost around the $50-75 range. Maybe a little more if someone has a barrel already cut with bead attached.
