WTS: PSA Bolt Carrier group and Charging handle

I have a Palmetto State Armory BCG and charging handle for sale. I just received my upper and PSA sent me a BCG even though my upper stated that it would not be included so I ended up with an extra that I don't need since I already purchased one. This has never been fired by me but was test fired by PSA at the factory.
