Have you "sized" these bullets or are they "as-cast" ?

My .45 are being sized down to .451 as my molds are casting them a bit bigger. My .40/10mm 175gr SWC and 9mm 125ge TC is "as cast" as they are dropping right at .401 and .356

I will get some lubed pictures up tonight.

What hardness are they? Casting from what lead mix?

Are we talking wheel weights here or a Lyman formula? Do you cast from pure Linotype? What lube are you using and is it high speed for rifle velocity? Do you make a gas checked .431" HP larger than 240 grain??
