Midway has a good selection although some are already on backorder since the election.

Finding them in stock may be a problem. I've found several good prices but all were on backorder.

Most places will honor current pricing on backordered merch............

Sportsman's guide has a deal on 30 rounders in their last rag..........

I think you just missed out on a decent deal online with DPMS.
Ten 20 rounders for $100.00. Shipped.
I don't see it listed anymore, though. They probably ran out.

Isn't there a place just north of the Twin Cities that sells magazines? They have lots... I see them at gun shows. Anyone know who I'm talking about?

Try SHR in Isanti (763.444.9973). Jim usually has a large quantity of mags for a lot of different pistols and rifles. Good guy to deal with. Tom

Brownell's 20-rounders work great.

Brownells is out of stock on both 20 and 30 rounders.

DPMS has 20 rounders for 11.50 a piece. Free shipping but you have to pay MN sales tax. DPMS currently has 30 rounders on special at 10 for $120.00.

Wow. It was a little more than a year ago that DPMS had a special on the 30 rd Teflon coated mags - 10 mags for $85, and free shipping!

DK Mags out of New Brighton? dkmags.com

They wanted over $18 for straight 20's with magpul followers at the Hastings show.

Brownells, as I remember, won the military contract for hi-cap GI m-16 mags. They make the only " good" mag because they back it up with their good name. The availability of their magazine is.....zero. I'd advise to go ahead and backorder, but remember that the average life span of a mag is about 1 usage in hot combat....meaning all the production is going overseas.....for a while.
