Nope, it appears that last piece offers no ballistic protection so i dont think it would have made a very good bulletproof anything, which raises the point

Simple answer is this is for fitting the OTV and a sizing sample or a training sample that would be a perfect fascimile for the real thing without trouncing around a $550 plate for laughs and fun.

The E-SAPI is a serious piece of kit and one that should be cared for.
