When Hornady bought the Pacific Gun Sight Company in the late 1960's they took over marketing and distribution of select products. You might notice that the Pacific 360 press in the link is powder blue in color. When Hornady bought Pacific, the presses were painted red and labeled 'Pacific, division of Hornady' for a few years. Then in about the mid-70's the labeling stopped referring to Pacific at all. The earliest Pacific presses were painted gloss black, going back to the late 1920's.
