The upper receiver is a DPMS flat side receiver, the barrel is a 14.5" Chrome lined 1/7 twist by Palmetto State armory with an a2 flash hider. It has a standard no name quad rail also.
PSA BCG and charging handle also included.
Remember this is a 14.5" upper so all NFA rules apply!
