NFA Gun Trusts by a Minnesota Attorney from $99.00

Dayton just announced that he will review all the bills as he gets them. He hasn't been presented with the Public Safety Omnibus bill yet. We'll have to wait and see. We will know by midnight Friday.

A gun trust is the fastest way to acquire a suppressor or other NFA firearm as there is no requirement for Chief Law Enforcement Signature, fingerprinting, or photographing.

That's really just the tip of the iceberg though. Even if you can get CLEO signature an NFA trust provides superior protection against committing accidental felonies that could result from an unauthorized transfer of an NFA firearm.

I am an attorney in Oakdale and I am offering NFA trusts.

There are four levels.

Bronze - $99 - If purchased online - $150 if purchased at an in-person consultation.
Bronze Plus - $250 - Includes forms to appoint a successor trustee and to divide trust assets by percentage to remainder beneficiaries upon death or incapacity.
Silver - $500 - Includes virtually every ancillary document you might need. Forms to appoint/remove trustees, and beneficiaries. A personal property memorandum that would allow you to pass a specific gun to a specific person.
Gold - $CUSTOM - Includes pretty significant estate planning tools.

I do offer a 10 percent discount for GOCRA members. If you're not a member yet, you should be. They got this bill through the legislature. Click and join today.
