16" Carbine Slick Side AR15 Upper

It's a slick side upper (marked T on rear lug). This is Carbine length with quad rails, and a railed gas block. The barrel is marked 5.56 with a 1/9 twist (SA marking).
$225 without bcg & charging handle
$300 with bcg & charging handle
Willing to consider trades or partial trades. I'm pretty open if it's something I can use.
