WANTED: Spotting Scope Stand w/ Head (tall for offhand)

I'm looking for a heavy duty scope stand and mounting head that is tall enough for offhand shooting and is sturdy enough to handle a big scope (100mm obj.). Ideally 1" diameter tubing (maybe 7/8ths could work). Some junk can be found online, so I'm looking for something by Stallings, Giraud, Creedmore, First Strike, Ray Vin, etc. Willing to pay fair price of course and am NOT a lowballer.
