Pocket holster / mag holder combo P3AT

Anyone have a recommendation for a pocket holster for Keltec P3AT which also holds a spare mag? Here's an example:

Is yours leather? If so, how comfortable is it in the pocket? I use a basic nylon pocket holster now, just no spare mag. Seems like a leather holster in the pocket would be more bulky & less comfortable.

I second the recommendation of talking to Vlad. He has been making them for the P3AT for a while

Yes, it's leather. It was never uncomfortable, and has only gotten better with use. Prior to this, I used an Uncle Mike's #2; this is far better. The extra width keeps it properly situated in my pocket unlike the Uncle Mike's, which I was constantly adjusting.

I've modified a cheap Uncle Mikes pocket holster. There used to be a picture of the mod around here (or maybe the old Twin Cities cite), but I haven't found the old link yet. Will take a new pic if you want to see it.

I trimmed the bottom ... just rounded the corners, really.

It's for my P238.

I discovered something using my Uncle Mike's #1 (IIRC) ... the gun didn't fit properly ... so it "sat up" a bit. This was perfect for me for two reasons ... 1. my jeans are tighter, the lower in my pocket, ya go ... 2. it put the butt closer to the top of the pocket. The problem with the Uncle Mike's was, the material was starting to "collapse" a bit.

I had him make this plenty long past the muzzle, so I could trim to fit my pocket. As it was, all I had to do was round the corners a bit. The butt's about 1/2in from the top of my pocket.

He also made one fer hisself ... his uses screws to attach/remove the bottom "flange" and it also has a clip for IWB. I'm happy with mine, just the way it is.

Oh ya, as a result, I believe I have a ... uh ... well, that Vlad guy's holster, I guess ... came in a ziploc at Wolf's Den ... anyhow, I have it, and I'd be fine with gettin' a few bucks fer it. I trimmed the front corner on it (there's a steel rod along that side, that's now exposed ... which really shouldn't matter) ... rounded it a bit ... I think it's a very good holster ... just sits too low for what I like ... it's also made for a P3AT so the P238 was just a bit tight. Anyhow, lemme know and I can bring it to Oakdale some Thursday nite (not tonite ... not goin' home, first).
