I love my Kershaw Oso Sweet so much I bought another and left it in the package just in case I lose the one I carry.

I have a full size Griptillian and couldn't be happier. The axis lock is very solid! I am a contractor and use it daily. The D2 steel is far superior to anything I have seen from Gerber, Buck, or Kershaw.

To the poster who stated the full size is too big I will say "man up!"

I'm sure this will get a few laughs, but the CRKT M16 series are actually fairly nice knifes and can be had as low as $17 on amazon. They come quite sharp.

They're certainly no benchmade, but I love having one on my belt that I'm not worried about trashing. The mechanism flips the blade out quite quickly.

Good Choice. I have the same ZT knife and love it. I have punished it fairly well a couple times and it has held up fine. Great quality S30V blade and the flipper works well.

I have a few Kershaw blades.
I (need to) carry more stuff in my pockets every day than most people. So, I prefer a smaller, lighter knife clipped into my pocket.
I use a Kershaw Chill ,dirt cheap, and it works well for me. A while ago Wal-Mart had a clearance on the Kershaw Skyline, they were priced at $14, I bought every one I could find at that price. I sold, gave, or traded skylines for months. (I kept a couple!)

I have a really nice Winchester assisted opening knife. I paid maybe 20 for it when I worked at walmart, its fast, smooth, lock up is tight, and it is SHARP! I can still slice paper like butter after using it to cut everything from cardboard to rope without any sharpening by me. It's got a brushed stainless handle with wood inserts. Only problem is I cannot find another one like it anywhere. I could put some pics up after work if y'alld want.

I'm also a fan of the lowly CRKT M16 line. I've bought and sold a bunch of them on ebay, back when you could actually get them for a cheap price. I myself carry a CRKT M16=01Z. It's their "EDC" size and kinda a bargain blade. 3" blade, not assisted opening, but it's close enough for me, as I've actually never been a fan of the AO knives of any company. This knife has been beat up, well, sharpened countless times and even crossed the solenoid on my truck to start it once. I have replaced the clip twice and many of the screws before I learned to LocTite everything that isn't supposed to move on this knife. It sits, daily, clipped to my back right pocket. I think when I finally bring myself to buy another knife it'll be the M16-03Z. It's the same in most ways, only an inch bigger. Oh, and CRKT sends you free parts for your knife if they break, get lost, or work their way out of place simply by going on their website and choosing the parts you need. The parts have always gotten to me within a few weeks. CRKT has my vote, until I find a better option, that is just as affordable!

Do yourself a favor and find a Kershaw Blackout 1550. It comes in a partially serrated or a straight edge. You will find that the assisted opening is like no other, the Endura Wave included (I have that too and it's just not for me) The Blackout opens with just the slightest flick of the thumb. By far, the fastest deploying blade I've ever seen or tried.

Priced reasonably from $50-$60.
