If only $30 wasn't a big purchase for me :(

I am still looking over all of those for when I get my next paycheck

I'd like to get a better belt sometime. My belt I wear was purchased down I Branson for under $10.00. It's working okay probaly could be a little stiffer. I think my other one is a Docker's I also a couple from Wilson's Leather(formerly Berman's not to be confused with Wilson Combat). If I recall from TCC some people had gotten belt's at Fleet Farm.

I am sure this is not the case, but when you mention a belt from Branson, all I can picture is it came with this buckle:

Oh, and yeah, I have two belts from Fleet Farm that were as stiff as boards and work great. You have to poke around near the back of the rack and find the cheap ones. I think they were around $12.

It has a regular buckle with American flag motif. You guys find everything. I don't have a picture, sorry.

Go here, and type in "American Flag Belt Buckle".

Hmmm, they would make some cool Avatars. Their Rebel Glocks look a lot like Berettas.

My first "carry" belt came from Fleet Farm. One of the $12 belts. It's only been a year and it's pretty cracked and worn, but is very comfortable. About 6 months ago, I bought a Bianchi belt from Bill's. Very comfortable, stiff, works great... however, the black die rubs off on every piece of clothing that touches it! Especially in the hot, summer weather when clothing tends to get "damp". Since the Bianchi has stained a few articles of clothing, I hardly ever use it. Bummer! Has anyone else had problems with belts staining their clothing, or did I just get a lemon?

That might just be bianchi's dying process. I never had that problem with either my Galco or Looper belts, but did with a Bianchi Duty Belt when I was a rent-a-cop.

I have two excellent gun belts that I would part with for a very reasonable price. For all intense and purposes, they are brand new (I think I wore one, two times). They are 1-1/4" wide and are made by a famous holster maker. One is brown the other is Black. One has a tapered end. They are size 42". It was suggested to wear a belt one size larger then needed, for IWB holster. I have to check, but I think I paid about $100.00 for each.

Anyone interested?

I just received a Beltman Double layer belt with Velcro backing. WOW. It's stiff but comfortable and the sewn in velcro goes from 1:30 - 10:30. NICE belt. Time will tell if I like it in the long run as much as I like it today but I suspect I will.

Oh, man I think I want one of those. Did you get the horsehide or bullhide? Are you wearing it today and if so how is it?

1.5" Bullhide 7 holes with Velcro. Seriously, MEASURE like he says. I measured, but forgot to include my IWB. It fits ok on the loosest hole :-) But that's incentive to lose weight.

I like it. It stabilized my OWB holster last night and the velcro lining REALLY works on V-clips.

So far (~1.75 days) I like it :-)

The velcro is sewn to the interior, then the sealed but undyed interior is sewn to the dyed exterior. It's very nicely done.
