I guess this has been quite the controversial subject as the mods have had to DELETE some of the comments by other members disagreeing with the appropriateness of the craft.

The only comment I might make is that after removing the gun lock, you also would have to remove the cozy before the gun would be ready for defensive use.

Maybe we should start another section called "Hockey Moms and Moose Hunters!"

I think it's more of a thing for women to make their gun pretty... kinda like shoes! (even though i hate shoes... i just thought you'd relate better)

Yup, I can vouch for that. My wife would rather look at 1911's with me than go shoe shopping.

It's cute and funny, and even though I sew, not my thing. When I think of making my gun pretty, I think of fancy wood grips and the like. Of course, it helps that I don't have a Glock. Not much you can do besides a cozy or some paint to spruce those up.
