I e-mailed them about a week ago about a left handed holster for my new XD40. Dawn e-mailed me back the next day, and said she would mail out a left handed paddle holster to me for free! Just needed to know my serial #, address, and a copy of the e-mail she sent me. I just received it this afternoon. Awesome job Springfield!

They do this if you bought the gun new, when my Fiancée (who is left handed) bought her XD used I told her to call and just see if they would send her a free holster, the agent she talked to said she wasn't supposed too but would check with her supervisor, after a minute on hold the agent said oh well I can't find him, give me your address and I'll get it in the mail.
