It will work fine except for cutting curves is hard to do. The thick blade and stiffness in the blade makes it hard to do good curves. The thinner blade will bend and I find it easier to control. Kind of counter intuitive but works for me.

I'll vouch for that. I use a utility knife since it's what I own. My curves are terrible. I should look into a hobby xacto set for the different blades. I think the snap-off knife is going to be the best of all worlds. strong like the utility knife and more blade surface than the xacto chisel points while still being flexible steel and small enough to maneuver.

So a xacto set would work then? I have a nice set....

It would work just fine and much better than an utility knife.

I feel your pain. The little 3913 LadySmith is a great gun with the sweetest factory DA trigger I've ever shot...And they didn't market it at all so there aren't tons of them around.

My home rolled IWB (my favorite)...Image

Galco Fletch(Second favorite)...Image

A Bianchi Minimalist forgery that doesn't carry high enough to suit me...Image

If you'd like a list of the holsters that I've found that fit a LadySmith I can PM you my compilation (as soon as I find a copy of it).
