Newest Kydex holster

Postby Doc Harvey on Sat Aug 11, 2012 4:11 pm

Made this earlier this week and used it at today's Steel Shoot. Worked out pretty well. Good retention and it held together! Next up, a OD and black holster for my 1911...

Nice. I recently put one together using belt loops I bought from Raven Concealment. They're pretty robust, but not cheap.

Just watched the hour and a half how to by PhillyEDC last night. Really want to turn out some stuff now.

Very nice. I made a few self-aligning jigs for turning out belt loops out of .128 kydex.

I note that the back side of your holster covers up your magazine release. No trouble with releasing the mag as the gun clears the holster?
