The new grips were not functioning at the range today. New batteries UT did not have anything to Clean the contacts as suggested. Never received the free batteries that I signed up for.

No issues with mine, but I am allergic to J frame pistols and snubbies, because my pinky finger has no place to sit, so it waves around in the breeze like I was having cucumber sandwiches with the Queen. Had LG-401 red side activation on my 50 GI, and decided that it wasn't as automatic to activate as I had throught. Traded up to LG-401 daylight Green front activation last year, and they are VERY clearly daylight visible. The CT people have always been top notch AFAIK, and I've never heard of a complaint about their products or service.
