How nice are they?

Quite nice. I just got one last week, and it only took 2 mags of learning from me before I was just dropping the rounds in. It's definitely much faster than manually loading or even using something like a superthumb.

I'll put the final list together at Start of Day on Friday the 3rd of August for confirmation of quantities and etc.
You have until midnight Friday the 3rd of August to change quantity in case there's an error. The order will go in once all checks are in. If your check is not in on Tuesday the 7th of August, you won't be on the buy.

OneBohemian informed me he refuses to place the order at midnight That's OK because I don't want it to go in before all checks come in anyway.

I'm the one who has to trust him the most. It'll be his one check for the whole order that I'll be trying to cash at the bank.

By the way, I know it's been said a number of times before, but remember, we don't have an ETA on these from Midway. I assume they will ship as soon as Midway gets more in stock. As soon as they arrive in the mail, Plblark will PM people to arrange for pickup. I just want to make sure again that everyone knows this isn't going to be a 3 to 7 day turnaround like most group buys have become. We might get lucky, but if we don't and it takes Midway a while to ship these to us, everybody who ordered just has to suck it up. No complaining to (or disparaging) the messengers, right?

(Plblark, if it makes sense to you, then just PM or email me on Friday with the final tally. I'll place the order Friday during the business day and call/email you back with the total dollar amount. Now that we're at 10 units, it should end up exactly at the numbers in my prior post. You can just drop a check in the mail to me at that point.)

Onebohemian sent me an e-mail on the subject which has a good Idea.

This is definitely a different group buy due to the back order status and etc. We want everyone to understand:
1) At the time the order goes in, the items may be back ordered
2) Midway MAY make several partial shipments. In which case, we're going to fulfill orders in the order they were posted here (first in, first out)
