These will be coming to my FFL, the Burnsville Pistol Range. Roger charges $20 to run a 4473 on you. This is where they are to be picked up. I will have to be paid prior to their pick up. I'm not out to make money on these.

No problem. Two questions:
1. Can an ffl pick them up, or is the 4473 required regardless?
2. Can we pay in full when we pick up or would you prefer prepayment?

1. A great question for any of the FFL's on this board. I have no idea.

2. Roger at BPR has nothing to do with this group buy. I will need payment for these prior to pick up. There is a chance of meeting if we can get several people together at the same time. I can actually take a credit card face-to-face with an additional $3 charge.
