I would say we are about 85% screwed. Not giving up yet, but not sure how much hope there is. But I am trying to secure a reasonably priced buy. Unless you guys want me to go to cheaperthandirt.com and pay $60 ea!@

What do you guys want to do? Should I try to find a source for pmags, or should I drop those and focus on lowers

I'd get the lowers, while they are still taking orders, but it's your call.

I'd say focus on the lowers.

Am I too late?

I sent you a PM.

Any update on the ETA for the alum? I've decided not to hold my breath on these. More time to collect parts though.

Everyone is in who wants to be. If you have called or PMd me and I haven't gotten back to you, please try again.

Here is the latest:

Poly they are telling me 5-6 weeks now, and it wouldn't surprise me if that is optimisitic
Aluminum they are saying at least a couple weeks behind the poly

They are completely overwhelmed with the rush. Calling they either put their phone on the fax machine, or don't answer it. I have tried several times and have yet to get a human on the phone. Emails they are taking a couple days to respond.

Anyone who wants in is good. I have put PMags on the back burner for now as everyone is out anyway, and they will get restocked everywhere at the same time most likely. If you want a refund for PMags please let me know.

Anyone who wants to drop out of the group buy due to wait times, please let me know and I will refund you the same method you paid with.

Thanks all for your patience.

This puts me in a tough dilemma be a part of this group buy, or buy on of the 80% lowers and deal with it from there.. Or just save up and buy a chf barrel from psa..

What do you guys think?

I already have 13 mags and a complete rifle..

No one else can really advise you. It would appear those who stay with the deal are going to have their money tied up for a while, and will likely, but not definitely get the merchandise, and if not, an eventual refund. If you aren't comfortable with the money tied up for what may be 2 months plus(my guess, only)... than maybe its not the way to go. But be advised- what you thought you could have bought last week was probably sold by yesterday... Matt's the guy you need to talk it over with.

Has the order for the poly lowers actually been placed yet?
Well, when I see 5 weirdos dressed in togas stabbing a guy in the middle of the park in full view of 100 people, I shoot the bastards. That's my policy.
