Blaine FF had tons of 5.45x39 spam cans last night. Probably 50 or more spread out on different shelves. Also a couple cases of CCI Stingers on the shelves but that was all they had for 22lr. No 223, 9mm or 22wmr. They did have a pretty good supply of the Blazer Brass value round packs (250 rounds?) in .40SW if anyone is looking for that. I didn't take too close of a look at the firearms, but I only noticed a C93 in the case. They must have a pretty good supply of those as that's been in there for quite a while.

At closing time FF in Blaine had one 14.5" Korstog upper, 3 boxes of Federal .22 LR bulk, and a very limited quantity of 9mm Remington UMC @ $13/box. Tons of 5.45 spam cans; no 7.62x39 or 5.56 of any kind.

Carver had Korean AK 30rounders $20 limit 1. It looked like they had at least a dozen. A couple saigas- not sure of gauge. A couple AR uppers.

7.62x39- none
.22 bulk- none (only stingers and specialty stuff)
9mm UMC- some
.38 lots
.223- didn't see any, but didn't really look
spam cans- 5.45 and 54r only

This evening in Lakeville no .223, and 3 spam cans of 5.45. Some .22LR scattered about, but no bulk packs.

Brooklyn Park FF has numerous 5.45 cans, and some 7.62x54R cans, but no 223 or 9mm. There was some .40 & .45, although while I was there two gentlemen came through who were filling up a shopping cart with ammo and other accessories. I had a nice chat with the clerks while I was waiting, and they told me stories about filling shelves, going back to the stock room for another load, and by the time they got back out the ammo they'd just stocked would all be gone. In firearms, a lot of the 9mm pistols were gone, although there was a decent selection of .40 and .380 sidearms. In rifles, there were some Veprs (less 1 :D ), three non-pistol grip Saiga shotguns, no AK's or AR's, and a normal selection of bolt action rifles and shotguns. Oh, and they had .22 Stinger and .17 HMR, but no regular .22 LR.

Confirmed. Nothing but .40 left. Why is that? I mean, I know shooting .40 sucks but I'm at the point where I'm thinking about breaking my no .40 policy just so I can find commercial ammo.

I had no idea they had waiting lists for their AR components. Payment up front? Did they give you any idea of an ETA?

It's a notification list. They come in, they call, you pay & pickup. The sporting goods staff said they don't hold them, just let you know they are in. Lady at customer service though, who took my name and which rifles I wanted, said when they come in, they call, and I have three days to pick up. So not sure even FF is sure of their policy. No eta.

I'm in Baxter. The new range and gun shop has a great selection of ammo. It's a real impressive place.

Carver had no modern sporting rifles or uppers in stock. No .223, 7.62x39 or 9mm. Had some spam cans...Plenty of pistol ammo in .380, .45ACP, 40, etc.
