Wish I had better answers guys. Definite learning experience here, and I won't do business with these dinks again. I got in on an FFL group buy of some new poly lowers from a different company, and I am in the same boat. Mailed my payment in December....still waiting.

FINALLY GOT SOME NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!
The first order of 25 has shipped. Now the issue is we have no way of knowing when the next order will be available.

So, in my opinion, the only fair way to do this is first come first served...meaning the first 25 PAID lowers (those that allowed me to order the first group earlier) get these first 25. I have 9 ordered (what was left to finish the two orders of 25), but am happy to wait on mine.

Sorry again that this has turned into such a debacle. Had I known it would be this big a pain in the keister, I wouldn't have undertaken this. Just hoping to get some people a good deal on some lowers quickly after the panic started. Unfortunately it didn't turn out to be too good a deal after NFA refused to honer the original price, and sure as HELL didn't turn into quick.
