Sellier and Bellot .22lr 38gr Lead HP High Velocity 50rd box @ 4.69$ each

I think that is a little cheaper for .22lr from them?Anyone know if is it any good or at least decent? they shipped (well they made a label for shipping) mine I ordered last weekend today. after shipping it was around .11/round for 10boxes the only store that has any .22lr up here has ONE(that they put on the shelf anyhow?) of some fancy eley kind marked at 16something$ for a fifty round box so its better than that, unless S+B leads to saying the full expression its abbreviated name is really similar to because it's full of duds or is wonkier than 525 federal as far as consistency?
