Be sure to re-size these cases while reloading them. Simply remove the depriming pin from your sizing die to prevent punching out existing live primer. A spraying of Lanolin/alcohol mixture into/onto case and allowing alcohol to evaporate for case lube is recommended as the dried Lanolin that gets inside the neck of the case will not affect the primer or powder. There should not be any excessive force required in a progressive press as neck-only should be re-sized.

Pretty nasty looking brass in the picture. For That price you could get 1st quality 1X fired and prime them yourself for the same price. I would pass on brass that is dented that badly. It may function fine but when you can get better brass for half the price(unprimed) I think that is the way to go.

After the first firing those dents will be gone and the brass Fire Formed. Like Oldman said, remove decapping pin and run through a resizing die and they are ready to load. I would also check case length, just for good measure.
