How does PSA compare in your opinion to Anderson lowers? Can source Anderson lowers locally with no additional FFL fee. Are the PSA's more reputable? Understand them both to be pretty much budget minded lowers. Also was seeing that Sportsman guide has the newly available Ruger lowers on sale right now for $89 if you're part of their club and $99 otherwise.

Well Anderson lowers have a goofy looking horse on them. PSA one's have cool crossed canon logos so....

Other than that similar quality would say. I have one of each and no complaints.

The horse picture is shown running, so the Andersons have faster velocities than the cannons.
Of course if PSA's cannons were pictured actually shooting... They would be faster than running horses.

Cannons are made of steel though, so they must be more durable than the flesh of animals.

I'm pretty sure I'm right.

The most accurate AR I've ever built is with a PSA cheap Charlie barrel, and an Anderson lower.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

No, but I've seen the movie Man of Steel... Does that count?

It's from Conan the Barbarian:

Roughly, The will and commitment to accomplish a task is stronger than steel or the body. I might be off as its been a while but a buddy who had the nickname "Conan" mentioned something like this pretty regularly. Then again, I might be way off as my buddy may have been referencing a very different movie...

I thought it was the wheel of steel because they had him pushing the wheel, the "what does not kill you makes you stronger"? Anold

Based on screen name I figured it had to do with aluminum truck beds. ;)

It isn't until his father's sword is broken that Conan realizes the true answer to the riddle: all the power of both steel and flesh come from one's beliefs. Flesh grows weak. Steel becomes brittle. But the will is indomitable.

Just think if the HPA passes, SBR's are delisted from the NFA and only required a pistol permit (which would be much better than a tax stamp), and gun part prices stayed low. :cheerleader2:

There's a FFL not far from my house who offered to sell me a PSA lower for $89 when he returns in March (retired sunbird) when I inquired about him doing the transfer on my latest Mega. I wonder if he'll be able to sell those things at cost by then?
