When I called them, they asked me to mail it back to them. I asked whether I could just shred the check and she said they preferred that I send it back. No big deal. The lady on the phone was very polite and apologetic about it and I didn't mind the cost of a stamp.

Just got off the phone (1-866-963-7933) with her. The number listed on the rebate form goes to the company, MPS, that is handling the rebates, not S&W. Again she was very polite and thanked me for my honesty. What I got from the brief conversation was that I was not the first caller concerning duplicate checks being sent out.

Hmm. Submitted mine first week of July and still no update.


Called them and they said just wait, no confirmation whatsoever.

I got mine last week, ordered 4/1 and submitted like 10 days later

Submitted mine early May. Still waiting.

Was awhile that's for sure, but it came and cashed

Bought mine 4/18, got a Performance Center 9mm, mailed in the rebate on the 4/18 and just received the check 8/3.

I've gotten the Bushnell and Winchester ammo rebates in about a month or less.

Checked the rebate website and it does not show a record for me now and I have tried the phone number several times. Has anyone else not received their rebate check?

Called S&W, they transferred me to the rebate people who picked up right away (856-786-8630) turns out that someone else submitted my serial number two weeks before me, which of course seems like an easy thing to do, just submit the online form and use sequential serial numbers. They have asked me to fax over pictures (why fax??) as proof of purchase and they will fix it. Will update when I hear back.

I recently ran into this with a medical report. Fax is point to point and emailing a scan is sending your serial number through many servers. S&W may worry that others will scam them based off stealing the image from your email.

Blue bag inside of a black logo'ed box. Serial is on the box as well.

Thanks, found the box and sent pictures to the rep I spoke to over the phone, got the check the other day. Looks like someone else might have tried to use my serial number to get the rebate.
