Hi all,
I understand that MN requires permits to purchase for handguns and "assault rifles". Is there a permit required to purchase other long guns? Where might I find a list of the "assault" list?

No permit required to purchase other long guns. Trying to find list of "assault rifles." If I find it, I'll post a link.

Found the 2009 BCA list. They're supposed to update it every year, but it doesn't appear that they have.
