Not sure what is happening and hoping that the map looks better than it did in the preview. Never had the map clarity go down when posting an Image on a site.

Here are new maps of who will honor MN starting February 1, 2016. There is also a map showing what states a FL Non-Resident would add and the wording at the bottom of the MN + FL NR tells you the difference between a MN + FL NR and a MN + UT NR. Virginia is dropping MN and FL 2/1/15 but they will honor a Utah Non-Resident. That is the major change in the map. Maine went permitless carry but do look at the Maine Page at http://www.handgunlaw.us as Maine requires a permit to carry in some places that you can't carry under Permitless carry .
