Gunsmith Sticky?

I often see people inquiring about gunsmiths for various purposes. I'm wondering if it wouldn't make sense to collect a list of gunsmiths as a directory an post it as a sticky for easy reference.
Thinking name, city, phone number, experience level and any kind of specialty.

Alhman's provides all kind of services but I have not used them yet https://www.ahlmans.com/gunsmithing.html.

If anybody has I would appreciate some feedback. Have some parts that need bluing and my understanding is that cold bluing that can be done at home does not offer the same level of protection as hot bluing offered by a professional.

Correct. Hot blueing is a much more consistent and I feel durable finish than cold. I had alhmans refinish a rifle for me and I was extremely happy with the result. To be honest I think it is a better finish than some factory blued guns I have. My guess is that the metal plays a factor in it as well and I know the prep is very important.

Ahlman's built a custom barrel/red dot frame for me that I designed. I didn't blue the finished barrel, but chose to give it a metallic durakote. It still looks and shoots well - I was happy with the workmanship, but on the other side, the bill was :o

On the cost side I have had both sides of the coin. Shock at the cost and surprise at how little it was. I have to say the blueing job I had done was the later of the 2.

I typically do most everything on my own stuff... but I don't have a lathe or a mill.
In the rochester area, Clint at coyote creek had tackled some harder projects for me.. and done a great job. Everything from an RPD build to a fitting a barrel to my madsen.
