Olde Eyes and color schemes

Postby phorvick on Sun Jul 29, 2007 7:30 am

Is it possible for a user to change the colors on some of the icons? My eyes have a difficult task in differentiating a topic with new posts in it.

Hate to admit this, but I am in the same olde eyes group also. The current color scheme works, just not as readily distinguishable at some other forums out there.

Rucker, I want to point how much we appreciate that you took on this task and the forum. I know we joked at the Hutch steel shoot about your list, it must be a few pages long by now. ;)

Please keep at it and I know over time the small stuff will be worked out. 8-)

You would change this in User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> My Board Style

I can tell you now that switching to the other one available will NOT help. The other one is very confusing.

Since this version of the forum software is not a final release there are very few styles for it. As soon as it becomes a final release the floodgates will be opened on style development and I will add several for you to choose from.

So I am curious, is this a good list or a bad list and where am I on it.

I assume this a good list, but if it is a bad list, never mind, I do not want to even know if I am on it or not. :(

Damn HammAR, I truly was looking forward to BS'in with you in Hutch. Sorry to hear about your other commitment that kept you away.

cobb, you are on a list, but not the one that Thor (BigRob) is on. You are definitely on the list of people that I have to meet and learn from............it is of course a short list....... :D

....and thanks!

rucker, what is the limit on the "ignore" list in the Control Panel....... :o
