Image uploading

I just realized that although the forum is set to allow image uploads of up to 5MB the webserver was only configured to allow up to 1MB. It should be fixed now but if you have issues with uploading things please let me know.

edit: also, if you noticed the forum stopped working for a few seconds around 4:05 that's because I had to restart it to get the changes to take effect.
